Summer Bummer Designs: Monkey Bites Bakery

Monkey Bites Bakery is an at home business I started a few years ago when people wanted me to make cakes for events. I do everything from cakes & cupcakes to cake balls, brownie pops and more. I deliver locally to Greenville, Commerce, Campbell & Cumby. Or can arrange pick up in any of those towns.

Here are just some of my creations.

Custom Cakes :

Graduation cake it's half triple choc with choc fudge filling and half french vanilla with white choc almond filling, the basketball is a giant cake ball of choc cake, choc icing and Andy's min pieces, icing is homemade choc butter cream & regular homemade butter cream. "hat" is solid choc used melted choc bark to make it and used a tassel key chain for the tassel,

Grooms Cake - triple fudge chocolate cake with penut butter fudge filling and chocolate icing, the crown and C were made with melted chcolate bark and the balls are chocolate whoppers.

the sand cake is made of strawberry angel food and filled with strawberries & whip cream, it's iced in whip cream and the sand is crushed vanilla wafers & lt brown sugar. The other cake is dark chocolate cake with a strawberry jam & cream cheese filling and iced in whip cream.

Baby Shower cake. It's a double layer cake white cake with fruit cocktail in the mix and coconut on the sides, the icing is just whipped topping. The baby boots are made from icing,

3rd birthday Cake - glove shaped cake, chocolate cake with M&M's and chocolate fudge icing

Bridal Shower Cake - vanilla cream cake with butter cream icing

hollowed out angel food cake, stuffed with strawberries and whip cream, "rustic" iced with whip cream and added strawberries around it.

Farewell Cake - Vanilla cream cake with whipped icing

Monkey Theme 1st Birthday Cake - all 3 cakes are banana cream cake and filled with homemade banana buttercream, the yellow cake on top is iced with homemade almond buttercream and the bigger one is iced with homemade chocolate buttercream, blue decorations are marshmallow fondant and the smash cake is a shaped cake ball with the banana filling as the icing
